Where do I get the orderforms at? I need an orderform that supports CANADA, US and UK shipping for LinkpointConnect or Linkpoint Basic rather.

Do I have to edit the Linkpoint basic order form to send a sale instead of an authorize? there is nothing in the Agora settings (payment gateway) for this.. Can someone let me know how to set this up ...

According to LinkPoint, it's the same as LinkPoint Connect. At least that's what the guy at LinkPoint said and I told him I was using this cart.
