OK I would like to be able to set up logic so that if the sbw is a total of 0 then only the handeling fee is added once. Or if the SBW is a total of 0 then a flat fe of $5 is added and then use $shipp ...

I still want to be able to use SBW on items over $100.00 Just items under $100 are shipped in a shipping tube and costs a flat fee via USPS Priority mail. Items over $100 vary by size as well as weigh ...
