"Before making any edits, add anything, etc... you first need to get the default cart working through the checkout process using the Offline gateway. This will save you tons of headaches down the road ...

That is the tutorial I looked at. What it DOESN'T explain, in plain speak, is HOW the cart actually goes onto my page... What do I have to from my site builder to implement it... Then How do I add it ...

Looking thru the manager, I'm still unsure how to add this cart to my page... My cpanel shows that agora is supported, and it has buy it now buttons... I'm not sure what to do now...
