I am evaluating AgoraCart for two new sites. I am an Agora newbie, tho adept at Perl. I will be glad to send money and join up and use this thing, so soon as I know that it will work for me.
I have installed v. 4.0K-4b at www.sawyerhillonline.com. My problem is that when I try to upload a product pic via browser, I get a message indicating success, but no pic.
The page http://www.agoracart.com/help/wherestuff.html which should explain permissions here only displays two missing images. Likewise, the online documentation page dealing with adding products at http://www.agoracart.com/help/adding.html#prodimageup relies on pics which are all missing.
So I gave write permissions to what seemed like sensible places: ~/data_files, ~/log_files, ~/protected/files, ~/html/files, and ~/html/images.I have inserted $sc_debug_mode = "yes"; into agora.setup.db, but still no error pops up.
How can I debug this upload problem?
