I just read a link, and if I understand it correctly, Agora calculates UPS shipping charges for delivering to residential addresses. Most of my customers are businesses and therefore will have commercial addresses, which I understand is a lower rate. This would explain why my shipping charges are3-4 times higher in my checkout than they should be. Can I fix this and how?
