Complete Uninstall?

Post Complete Uninstall? 
How can i completely unistall all instances so i can reinstall fresh? I tried simply deleting the cart foldres off the server and reinstalling from the ISP provided utility. the end result is that the new install still points to the old cgi at agora.com

In the cpanel, click on the AgoraCart icon.
Then scroll down to the bottom of the page. You should have an option down there to "Remove" carts.

Post there is no uninstall link 
sorry, nothing there that will allow an unisntall

Post uninstall followup 
talked with the isp tech support. the link you are referring to is only on their "reseller" plan. they say i need to submit a support ticket. i was just trying to do it without that hassle. any suggestions?

Just delete the directory from the server.
Then use the web install method to install the cart and not use the cpanel to do the install.
