 UPS isn't working for me?
I have created the account and am waiting for USPS.
I have read that FedEx isn't working currently
UPS doesn't appear to be working either.
I am sure it is something I have done but not sure what as of yet.
The cart is located:
http://www.collettimotorsports.com/shoppingcart/agora.cgi?
....and no I haven't changed the main page yet. The store is not linked yet to the site.
Please help.

In the Payment Gateway, do you have the shipping methods selected?
It looks like the order form is not working properly, because all of the agorascript stuff is visable in the source code.
Re-upload the Offline-orderform.html file and force it to upload in ASCII mode.
Beyond this, make sure that UPS is set to "YES" in the SBW area of the Shipping Settings in the manager.

How did you upload the file originally?
You will need to use an FTP client to upload the file and make sure it is set to upload in ASCII mode.

I just edited it on the server. I am the one that took on the project part way through. They don't have a backup yet or anything....

Never edit files using the site's cpanel, it can corrupt your files.
Upload using FTP.

Download the file in ASCII via FTP, then reupload in ASCII via FTP.
Or you can download a fresh copy of the cart to your local computer so that you always have a backup of the original files.

Well, another problem I keep running into is the only part of this process that is Linux/Unix is Cpanel. I am not sure how I would pull this to a PC? I have no way to open a .tar there.

You can unzip the AgoraCart file using WinZip.

.cgi file obviously won't work and the .tar gives me "Error reading header after processing 0 entries". Are there any other files for download out there? I have searched and can't seem to find one that will let me install it or even view it for that matter?

You can't run the script on your computer without having perl and apache on it.
What downloading the files does is give you the raw files that you can edit and upload.

Ok, I have both of them installed on this machine now. How do I get the file to open?

What file???
Just unzip the agoracgi.tgz file with Winzip and extract to your local computer.
This will give you backup files to edit.
Did you already download the Offline-orderform.html file, in ASCII mode, from the server and then reupload the file to the server in ASCII mode?
That should take care of the order form problem...

Ok, I figured out the problem. It was downloading as agoracgi.tar. I had to change the file name as I was saving it. This allowed me to get the files. Thanks yet again!!
