static s/h of items not total

Not sure if I am just missing this or what but I would like to set the shipping to $0 for items under $100.. So if a customer orders three items at $85 each they would only be charged the handeling fee. Also how to set the handeling fee to per item??? OR make No handeling on these items and just $5 flat shipping per item...

You can turn off the custom shipping logic and the SBW in the shipping settings of the manager.
Then, you set the per item shipping price in the product database for each item.

I still want to be able to use SBW on items over $100.00 Just items under $100 are shipped in a shipping tube and costs a flat fee via USPS Priority mail. Items over $100 vary by size as well as weight.

Basically -
Prints are less then $100 and can be shipped in a shipping tube. So a flat fee of $5.00
Other paintings are framed and I would like to give the customer other shipping options such as UPS and FedEX and their weight varies so SBW plus $5.00 handling / shipping materials etc.

how I have it setup...

Use Custom Shipping logic = yes
If using Custom Logic, is shipping measured by weight? = no

# $1-$29.99 is 10%, $30-$59.99 is 7.5%, etc. (TURN OFF UPS!)
# Code does not force exit, so handling charge will be added!
@sc_shipping_logic = ( "|1-99.99|||0.00");

$total_quantity, $total_measured_quantity);

Use the SBW (Ship By Weight for FedEx/UPS/USPS) module? = yes

Allow Shipments via which services: All are set to Yes...

I would also like to disable FedEx and UPS on items under $100... Is this possible?

This seems to work on FedEx and UPS but not on USPS... USPS is where I want it to work... I don't want FedEX or UPS on items under $100...

Any sugestions???
