Store Manager keeps asking user and password

Post Store Manager keeps asking user and password 
I installed [[[AgoraCart DELUXE Store Manager ver. 4.0K-4b Standard]]] and it is working smoothly for agora.cgi but the problem is in Store Manager Program [manager.cgi] although it is accepting my user name and password but it keeps asking for user and password for any option i try to use or click after it authinticate me first time.
What could be the reason?
why sometimes it work with me if i just click the option and then back and then click again [there is no sense,,, i dont know]

any body can help! ???

you either have broken hosting or a browser/firewall issue. On AOL? if so use a diff browser. Firewall, then look at configs fer it.

otherwise, try this:

edit the mgr_xxx somthing file inthe protected/misc dir of the store. set the manager cookies variable to no and then upload it back tot eh server in that directory in ascii mode. it may help. after that, you have an issue outside or the cart with your browser/firewall still or bad hosting that breaks the session in the manager. as a last resort you can install teh wrappers for the manager ans see if that helps
