Limiting Shipping options to UPS only

Post Limiting Shipping options to UPS only 
Can anyone tell me how to limit the options in the dropdown box to UPS only.
No Fedx or any others.

Already tried in the shipping settings. Checked no for usps and fedx but the options still
are available when the customer goes to check out.

Please help...

Check the Paymnet Gateway settings if you are using Offline gateway.
If any other gateway, you need to edit the order form directly.

I am using linkpoint as the card processor.

How do you edit the form directly?

I thought it was dynamically generated by the cgi?

All of the order forms are located in the 'html/forms' directory of the store.
