hell-o
if you upgrade your cart the choice of symbols can be selected from the manager. otherwise you'll need to edit some perl.
also, you'll have more features and more user friendly cart if you upgrade.

If I need to use the sign of euro, will be the same like using a sign of pounds?

Will I need to pay for a upgrade like this?

In the 4.0K4b version you can set the monetary symbol and it's location in the Store Manager. There is no charge for the upgrade unless you don't want to do the upgrade yourself and opt for a Pro install. I believe the Pro install runs around $10. You may obtain the file at agoracart.com in the downloads, or in the file area of the agora2 forum on Yahoo. If you opt for the Pro install the information is available on agoracart.com
