Is there a way to have an extra charge line added to the cart display?
For example, is someone wishes to have a "delivery signature", so that their order is not just left on door step (for example by UPS). How can I set it up so that after I create a "new" field on the order form (using Offline), that it will add a given value to the order total and also show it separate on the cart display. (not mixed with the shipping)
