USPS API International Not working

Post USPS API International Not working 
I have set up the API for USPS. It locates the prices for domestic rates according to the Zip Code no problem, but for international rates I get the following error message if I select "Airmail Parcel Post (4-10 days International)". Also if I select the domestic rate for an international zip code it will go through but it is charging a domestic rate for an international zip code which is substantially cheaper. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

any fields as required and try again.

BTW, International is based on the country, not the zip code.
Domestic is based on Zip Code...

Do you have the shipping set up properly?
What URL are you using in the manager for USPS?
It should be:
http://production.shippingapis.com/ShippingAPI.dll

Yes I have the coreect URL http://production.shippingapis.com/ShippingAPI.dll. I did not go through their test URL I just called them up and then they emailed me the URL after they got my user ID.

Not sure why the International rates do not function.

I don't know... Mine works fine...
I cannot duplicate that on my sites.
Do you have those methods set to "yes' in the shipping settings?

Make sure they are set in the shipping settings manager and hit the 'Submit" button on that page.
Maybe you just need to have those settings "re-set" in the manager.
