Getting Tax to display in totals?

Hi

I was wondering how to get tax to display in the totals.

Currently in the Totals box it has a total for all products then a grand total of X amount, which is basically the total of products without any tax mentioned.

This is a small junior football league, and they would like to use the cart for ordering only, not to accept payments of any type. Im using the offline form, and I think have sucessfully managed to edit the .pl file and form file to request a limited amount of info - just purchaser info, email, phone, and comments.

I have submitted an order and received the accompanying verification email, so I believe its actually working. The sent email had sales tax in it, but the tax info is missing on looking at the cart, and upon hitting verify order.

Any help is appreciated :)

Its not really populated - I just have a couple of example products listed.

generally tax is based on a zipcode and or state. therefore, unless there is custom tax that applies to all products tax will not be configured until the state and or zip code is known. which will be during the check-out process.
if taxes aren't showing up during ceck-out then your manager settings aren't configured correctly.

you're welcome.
i need to correct myself as per the above statement. tax is based on state by default (if the store is configured to tally tax). the store can be scripted to define taxes by zipcode.
your store is currently not capable to display tax until step two of the check out process.
hope that clarifies the overview better. sorry for the mistatement above.
