Post Check Out Qty calculation error
Hi,

I've finaly got my first agora cart nearly ready to go, and then noticed that when I add to cart two of the same product on any of the product pages, first the correct information appears in the cart area at the top of the page, however then when I click checkout the quantity listed on that page is wrong.
Ususally double the actual qty.

All the other variables are right, price ect, and the information comes through okay in the order email. Its just the qty box on the Step one/Two pages that seems to be doubling the order.

Anyone have any ideas? Any help much appreciated.

Chris.

Chris,
In the manager -> Cart Display, 1st set of drop-downs.
Make sure that Quantity has the 2nd column, "Multiply by Qty?", set to "NO".
You don't want to multiply the quantity by the quantity...

HTH!

Thanks, I had the same problem, which has made me wonder...

Why on earth would one choose to multiply the quantity by the quantity? I'm sure there must be some scenario where that would be useful, but I can't think of it at the moment. It could be because my brain is fried from using the past 30 minutes trying to figure out what piece of code was making the quantity multiply itself.

I can't even remember what the default was to begin with.

Namaste,
