I need help..My web hosting offeres agora cart and I attempted to install it and can not get pass the initial sign-in..I have tried every combination of password and user name I can think of with no luck...what am I doing wrong?

this is the screen I can not get pass:

Note: you must have atleast two periods (.) in the URL you are using to access this manager area. For example, if you are using: www.yourname.com/store/protected/manager.cgi, then you are okay. If using something like: yourname.com/store/protected/manager.cgi (notice no preceeding www.), you will have login problems.

if you installed through cpanel then i suggest you uninstall it through cpanel.
click on the "free downloads" link at the top of this page and download and install version5.
version 5 has not been released to the cpanel ppl yet. version 4 is outdated and by using 5 you'll be in better shape for the things to come concerning hacks, addons and updates as well as sever requirements.

Thanks Dan, I guess I should start off saying that I am very new to this suggestions on how do I start to uninstall from cpanel and How do I install the new version..truthfully I need simple solution if possible....dan thanks so far for the info and help

Capt Ralph,
Go into the cpanel and follow the AgoraCart link you used to install the store.
There should be a link or button to uninstall the cart from there.

To install v5, follow the "Download" link in the upper left of this page.
It will take you to a page to download the installer file. There are also links to an install guide.

Post what am I missing? 
When I click on the Agora cart in the Cpanel this is what option I have....no uninstall....

Install a new Cart


Admin User:
Admin Password:
Install the cart at this url: http://atlantismaritimeacademy.com/

You must install the cart in a top level directory. Example: http://atlantismaritimeacademy.com/shoppingcart is a valid place to install the cart http://atlantismaritimeacademy.com/user/andy/acart is not.

Then just delete the directory that the store is in...
