Using different pictures on the list and product page

Post Using different pictures on the list and product page 
I would like to use a small thumbnail image to show my items in the list view, and when people click more information and go to the individual product page, to show a large, full resolution image. How would I accomplish this? I have the small pictures working on my checkout page.

I would appreciate any help or pointers! I started with Agora yesterday and have made a lot of progress, but it's still pretty new to me.

If you pick the category "tubes" the picture comes up huge. I'd like to have a smaller image when you see the list of items in the category, and go to a larger picture on the individual product page. It is working in the cart view, it uses the thumbnail there. But, if you click "tubes" you get that huge picture.

In the productPage.inc file for that category, replace the %%image%% token with %%userFieldOne%%
