Post Need help with Offline and Paypal Combo Gateway
I am trying to set up a multiple gateway for Offline and Paypal. I have configured both gateways in the manager and have set offline as my primary and have enabled multiple gateways.

The check out takes me to the choice and the Offline selection works, but the Paypal link sends me to an error page.

Can anyone help me?

Make sure that the order_lib.pl files for those 2 gateways are uploaded to the 'add-ons' directroy of the store...

HTH!

When I added the "Offline-user_lib.pl" and "PayPal-user_lib.pl" to the add on directory my complete order button went directly to paypal.com and skipped the combo page all together.

There is a setting in the Primary/Core settings, just below the Primary Gateway setting:
Replace Order Form Tags?
Set it to "NO".

With the replace order tags set to no my complete order buttons goes to the combo page and now whichever I have set as my primary gateway will work and the other will not. If paypal is set as the primary, it works and offline errors. If offline is set as the primary, paypal errors. I have allow multiple gateways set to yes.

OK I got it to work. I moved the wrong files to the add-on folder. I needed the Replacwe order from tags set to "no". and the two order.pl files put in the add-on folder.

Thanks for your help

Post HI, I am having a similar Problem
Hi,

I am having basically the same problem.

I have selected the Multiple Gateway options, and turned the Remove Tags to "No".

I have also copied the relevant files as listed above to the addon directory, and set the primary gateway to Offline.

I can get the Offline version to work, and Paypal will not. If I set Paypal to primary, then it will work and Offline stops working, showing up the "error has occured" page.

the link to the work in progress is;

http://www.pinnacleonline.com.au/store52

Any help on this one would be hugely appreciated.

Cheers

Make sure that both PayPal-order_lib.pl & Offline-order_lib.pl files are in the add-ons directory.
You didn't specify which files you placed in the add-ons directory, but if you move any other gateway files, other that the 2 files I mentioned, then you need to delete those from the add-ons directory.

You combo-orderform.html file has nested form tags
Find this line:
Code:
</form><form method="post" action="agora.cgi">

Edit as follows:
Code:
</form>

Find these lines:
Code:
</CENTER>
</FORM>
</BODY>
</HTML>

Edit as follows:
Code:
</CENTER>

</BODY>
</HTML>

BTW, your SSL cert is expired... Also, since you have a domain name that already has 2 dots in it, your store URL can be:
http://pinnacleonline.com.au/store52/agora.cgi

HTH!

Hi,

Thanks for the response.

Tried the fix supplied. Does not seem to have made a difference.

The files I copied into the add-ons directory are PayPal-user_lib.pl and Offline-user_lib.pl

There is a file called shipping-order-intstructions-sort.pl in there as well but I wasn;\'t sure of the consequences of deleting it.

I am still getting the Offline to work, and Paypal not.

I will keep playing with it today, and let you know if I resolve it, but any other ideas would be great.

Cheers

If the PayPal-user_lib.pl and Offline-user_lib.pl files are in the add-ons directory, the wrong files are in there. The following files should be in the add-ons directory:
PayPal-order_lib.pl and Offline-order_lib.pl

The shipping-order-instructions-sort.pl file is a required file DO NOT DELETE IT...

HTH!

Can anyone spell Dyslexia?

You're a legend. If I could only now learn to read instructions properly I would be on the home stretch.

Thanks again.
