Selecting UPS not letting me continue, please help.

Post Selecting UPS not letting me continue, please help. 
I have a problem with my shipping or Payment Gateway settings. I've read through dozens of posts to no avail in my situation (unless I just missed something).

I selected UPS as my only shipping method (all except UPS Ground Commercial). Paypal is the gateway. All settings are as they are supposed to be.
Here's the problem;
during checkout, the customer enters their shipping selection ( the menu is this-Select Shipping Method, UPS Ground..., UPS 2nd day, UPS Next day). They choose a method, enter their address etc....

"Select a Shipping method" allows you to continue to the next step with normal results....
All other choices goes to the next page..however, you see the items but nothing else, no chart, no buttons, nothing.

This is my url if someone can check it out. I have a couple items I'm using for testing and can be used to see what I mean here. The process goes as far as step 2 (the order confirmation page is where the problem is).

Can someone please let me know what I will need to do to fix this? I'm missing something, but I don't know what.

I forgot to add... I've checked the Order forms and none of the shipping methods are showing up there.

Post This problem fixed after reading another post. 
Hello,

I was able to fix this after reading the following post;
Does LWR now work with non-XML UPS or not??

I also had to taqke the formula generated at the bottom of the shipping settings and copy & paste it into the Paypal order page. So now it looks like this;

In the shipping settings, switch the LWP to http-lib...
