Post New to Agora.. Need help with simple custom Shipping Setting 
Trying to setup Agora for a client. New to the AgoraCart system. Need to have system automaticly choose shipping option based on state, and then mutiply the base charge per item.

Shopper will not have a choice of shippings options.. It is either option A if you have shipped to x states, or option b if shipped to all other states.

AgoraCart version: 4.0K-4b Standard with no options to upgrade it that I am aware of...

Also fairly new to the scripting.. I have looked over all of the articles here and the docs and still lost..

Delete the v4.x installation and get the v5.2 installer file from the "Download" link on this page.
Once you have v5.2 installed and basic setup of all managers done, you can post again.

You will need to set up custom shipping logic.
Take a few moments to look around at examples in the 'protected/DOCS' directory of the default store install. Also, check through some of the examples that are posted in this forum.

If you are still stuck, then post again.
