Hi,

I'm having a problem I've never had before. At checkout, I see the shipping charges in the cart contents above but it's not being added to the total below. Below I see Item Cost Subtotal, Tax and then Grand Total. Above that I see Qty, Picture, Product, Shipping and Cost.

Vewy stwange! Any ideas how to fix it?

There are settings to display those figures in the Store Layout & Settings manager.

Layout & Design Settings - Misc? I tried that and it's still not working. Strange. I've setup a lot of these stores.

Ah, upon looking at the store, there is not much that can be done.
You have a v5.5Gold store installed, yet, you are posting in the Free version forum...

You say that you have set up a lot of these stores, which makes me think that this store
is for a client? Do you have a valid Gold license to install v5.5 for that client?
Each Gold version store that is installed on a client's server must have its own license.
If you have a license, that is only good for your own store, not a client's.

As for the shipping showing, that is a problem with your custom shipping logic.
The shipping is simply NOT calculating.
You will need to set up your custom shipping methods.
Since you had supplied me w/your login info, I was able to set those up and show an example of what the custom shipping method should look like. You will need to change all of the rest of the methods for the other order amounts to the new variable name.
See, shipping method names on the order form MUST match, exactly, with the method specified in the custom shipping logic. The method names, also, should not have any spaces in them.

I'll take care of the licensing stuff. There are so many. I thought since I was a lifetime member I could get any version of the cart. I guess I don't come to the forums much. Guess I need to learn to read. I tried posting at the other forum (so many of those too) before and didn't get any answers so I came here.
