I am stumped,
I am getting several e-mails from customers who tell me they go to check out and make their purchase, the shopping cart is empty. I am still getting several successful orders each day, so could this be my cart is older and not supported by new browesers? I finally had a local person try to order and I was able to go to their computer and see for myself that they were placing items in their cart correctly, however upon check out the cart was empty and an error message stated that all items must come from the shopping cart. Any help would be appriciated.

I just went through the site without a problem.
On a side note, Whenever linking from out side the cart, do not use the
%%cart_id%% token. The token only works from within the store, not outside the store.

My thought is that the people who are having unsuccessful orders have a firewall or internet security on their computer that is configured improperly.
The other thought is if they are using AOL, Walmart, or Earthlink browser to surf the web. These browsers can be unfriendly with e-commerce sites.

hell-o
first thing i noticed in the source of one of your dB generated product pages is that you have multiple html tags. body, head, html and etc. this can confuse some browsers or cause some unknown problems.
do a search in this forum for css. i have posted a means for correctly inserting custom body and head tag stuff for dynamically generated dB pages. i would straighten this out first before doing anything else. unless i see or someone sees the exact cause of your delema.
