No files in View Orders after 2checkout.com processes paymen

My shopping cart is linked to 2checkout.com for credit card authorization.

In 2checkout.com, I have the following settings:

Return to a routine on your site after credit card processed? YES
Return URL: http://www.theblessingcup.org/store/agora.cgi?


When I go into Agora, view orders, the file is empty. We try looking into our folders: files are also empty.

What do I need to do to view orders processed? I have 5 outstanding!

go directly to the store/shopping_carts folder and download a copy of all the files. open each one in notepad and see if you can match up the information in the files with the order number or customer id.
don't wait too long! by default i think some of these files expire after 12 hours. so hp to it.

In the above mentioned sticky post pay special attention to
Quote:
Account Details>Sales Details. Sales Parameters is the top item on the page. The fourth item from top "Put Shopping Cart Routine in Demo Mode?: ". Set to "No" to go live.

Without that being configured 2checkout will not complete the order and report back to the cart
