Post Ghost item showing up in store, but cannot delete...
I have three categories of items in my store, and one of the categories has only two items in it, but the edit manager shows three items when you are in the category view, but when you go to the item edit list (where it lists the individual items in that category) there are only two items...so I am unable to edit or delete the "ghost"

Any sugestions?

hell-o
backup your store/data_files/data.file
download in ascii via ftp. open up in notepad and see if there is any evidence of the product or any corruption in the other products. certain types of corrupted data can lead to unexpected parsing of the database. make sure you don't have any perl or special characters in any of the dB fields.
regards,
dan

Darin,
You might have a line break in the description of one of the products in the category.
The database reads line breaks as a new product.

HTH!~
