Post 2checkout solution 
This url worked for me to get my cart working properly.

I had to use this in the gateways url:

https://www2.2checkout.com/2co/buyer/purchase?sid=accountname&product_id=1&quantity=1

I forgot to mention that it kept showing up as an empty cart.

Your 2checkout account is running on the new version 2 servers, which are a different setup than the original 2checkout accounts. 2checkout is in the process of converting all of the original accounts to the the new version 2 at this time.

As soon as we have the setup information for version 2 it will be posted in this forum. In the meantime users will have to resort to using 2checkout support, unless someone already using version 2 is willing to write up a set of instructions and post them.
