USPS errors when 2 or more items in cart

Post USPS errors when 2 or more items in cart 
Hello
I'm working on a shopping cart at:
https://www.southhillgiftbaskets.com/shop

Everything is going fine until I try to purchase two or more baskets and ship them via USPS. One item will come up with the shipping cost, but it errors out if more than one item is in the cart with:
USPS module error: shipping cost not determined!
Please use your browser's back button and correct
any fields as required and try again.
The total will still show the shipping price for the first item, but no subsequent items.
I am using the handling charge, if that makes a difference, and the problem does not occur with UPS shipping.
Any ideas?

This makes no sense. Even if the message comes up, I still see a shipping charge. What all do you have in the shipping settings area?

Well, the items are being shipped by weight, and the weights are there for every item.
calculate_final_values =3 (tax without shipping)
Handling charge $7.00
Add handling Charge if shipping total is Zero? No
Custom shipping logic? No
Use the SBW (Ship By Weight for FedEx/UPS/USPS) module? Yes
FedEx: No, UPS: Yes, USPS: Yes
USPS API URL: http://Production.ShippingAPIs.com/ShippingAPI.dll
User ID is set to production.
I've tried LWP and HTTP-LIB
Max weight is set to zero on all items.

The shipping price you see is for the first item. It's calculating the first item correctly, but erroring out on any item after that.

If maximum weight in each box is zero, I think that is the problem.
You would be better off by setting a specified shipping price for each item.

This is what that area says:
Max weight per box (lbs.) If zero is entered, each item is shipped it its own box.
It sounds like, if I use anything other than zero, it will calculate all items into one box.
