Post Make a donation box issue 
Hi,
I have a site where users (hopefully) will make a donation. However I want to user to specify the amount - I want to use a standard text box. I don't really want to use a dropdown box with a sequential list of amounts.

Any ideas on how to achieve this properly?

As far as we know this hasn't been done. I don't know how you could do it. It would probably take quite a bit of extra scripting.

will you be using the shoppingcart for other products? if not then you don't need a shoppingcart. contact your online merchant service to see if they offer a fill in form. if they don't then find one which does.
it maybe possible to use a "buy now" button in a form from a static page but make sure you toggle off agoracart checking the dB in the store manager.
