Post How Do I Center The Generated Tables?
http://www.bellafilati.com/cart/agora.cgi

For the life of me, I can't find where I've missed a <center> tag, but the Agora section of my page won't center!

Help?

Put a <center> tag in the header file, just after the <!--BEGIN HEADER TABLE-->

HTH!

Thanks, Scott, I'll try that asap! I appreciate the help - I'm the networking guy, but my web designer is out unexpectedly. I'll let you know.

hell-o
your table widths are unbalanced. your first table (setting the width of the content page) is 740. the left nav is 145. this leaves 595 for the content area. in the content area you have widths wider than 595 ... as much as 747.

<TD WIDTH="620" valign=top>

<!--END HEADER TABLE-->

<div align="center"><center>
<table WIDTH="747" BORDER="0" align="center" CELLPADDING="0" CELLSPACING="0" BGCOLOR="#000000">

<tr>

change to:

<TD WIDTH="595" valign=top>

<!--END HEADER TABLE-->

<div align="center"><center>
<table WIDTH="595" BORDER="0" align="center" CELLPADDING="0" CELLSPACING="0" BGCOLOR="#000000">

<tr>

and reduce the subsequent widths to 595 or less.

this is redundant:

<div align="center"><center>

change to

<div align="center">

and be sure to remove the </center> tag at the bottom of the content area.

by defining the content area too wide you're squishing the left nav bar. and because the content area is so wide the centering wont do anything.
regards,
dan
