delete items from database with upload?

Post delete items from database with upload? 
Hello,
I am always uploading and deleting new items to my cart...so far I have been manually deleting items as they are sold. Is there any way to:
1) Set a quantity of the item to one each and have it deleted when it is sold, or...
2) add an add/delete column to my upload file so I can specify if the item is to be deleted in the database

I'm looking for an easier way to manage deleting items from my catalog.

Post DbWizz -- any trial version? 
Hello,

Is there any trial version of DbWizz, or a demo so I can see it working before I purchase? Does DBWizz support imports of data from other .csv or .txt files?

No demo... but yes, it does support import of a .csv file for the initial import of the database.
Then you would completely manage the database from DBWizz and no longer have to use the spreadsheet program. You would also upload the updated database, in the correct format, directly to the cart.

I use it to maintain my database and has worked wonderfully.

the progroup has an inventory hack that works pretty good. i have hacked the hack for all kinds of stuff. when a product is sold out you can leave it there and do a regular maintenence thing eliminating sold out products.
i prefer to delete products through the manager if you have a few to delete and lots of products. less chance of corruption.
