Post accessing store manager 
Hi everybody - I'm a newbie this will become apparent with the questions i will be asking! when i try to access store manager, for the first time, the box will not allow me to enter username password etc. What am I doing wrong or what have I forgot to do Question

Ok, did you install the cart from your cpanel?
If so, the user/pass you set up when you installed the cart will get you past the pop-up window.
Then to get into the actual store manager, you need to input the following user/pass combo:
manager/admin

Post Accessing Store Manager from ISP installed application 
Hi - I'm also having trouble accessing Store Manager.

I am using iPower.com's vDeck which offers an installation of Agora Cart.

After clicking on instal (with a secure installation option box ticked) I created the username and pw. This was accepted and then got me to the login screen at which point I tried the same username and pw unsuccessfully.

I just spotted a reply that said to use the manager/admin combo but this still doesn't work.

What else should I try - vDeck help has no idea what to do either.

The default login to the manager is manager/admin, this is the login for the page, not the popup window. The popup window will be the login info you set up when installing AgoraCart then you use the manager/admin combo to actually get into the manager
Make sure that the caps lock isn't on.
Make sure there are no leading or trailing spaces.
