I'm not sure what forum this goes under, but I want to change my checkout page-the one where the user inputs information. I got it to look how I want it except I want to change the background color of the header text - i.e. pymt info, shipping info, phone/email - from green to red. I went to offline-orderform.html and changed the bkgd color and uploaded it but didn't see a change. Am I doing this wrong? What is the correct way to do this?

It is the Offline-orderform.html file....
You need to change the bgcolor for each of the <TR> tag that contains that title of the section.

Well I did that and uploaded and it doesn't work. But I also did it in dreamweaver. I even tried deleting the Offline-orderform.html file from the remote server and uploading the edited version from my local server and the chages still did not take place. Please let me know if the code below has to be revised in order for the changes I desire to take effect.

Well I tried that and that didn't work either. Do you have any other suggestions. Is it something I have to change in the agora manager. These changes just won't take place. This is so wierd.

Double check the file on the server after uploading.
Remember to upload the file back to the 'html/forms' directory in ASCII mode.

According to the server, you haven't uploaded a new file with the changes...
What are you using to upload files??

I'm using Dreamweaver I also tried to use FTP Surfer. I just uploaded again but this time in ascii and it even prompted me with a message that says do you wan to replace the existing file and I said yes. I guess I need to try one of the recommended FTP programs you guys refer. Maybe that will help. I don't know. I'll try that and let you know.

Okay I'm back. I tried to upload the Offline-oderform.html and I still couldn't get the desired changes to take place. I recently tried using SmartFTP but nothing happen. I've used Dreamweaver and FTPSurfer and nothing. Do you have any suggestions?


Also the header image is broken up on page http://www.fearfullymadedesigns.com/cart/agora.cgi?page=ethb.htm do you have any suggestions to help me get close in the gap in the image.

Are you sure that you are uploading the file to the correct location?
It needs to be placed in the 'public_html/cart/html/forms' directory.

As for your gap in the image in your header...
It is because you have the top image in one table and the bottom image in another table.
They need to be in the same table, just separate table rows....

Yeah I'm doing it just like I did all the rest of my files and they took effect. It's the weirdest thing. I even deleted it to make sure and it doesn't change. I went my host file manager for my site and put in public_html/cart/html/forms directory. I have tried everything. I'm worried beyond hair repair because everything works. Could it be that I deleted something out of the secure header file that needed to be there. I'm gonna put the code below.
