When we receive order emails from our Agora cart, the emails include only the shipping information and final order total, but no product information (i.e., what the customer paid and where the order goes, but not what they ordered). In addition, no entries are being made in the order log, even though we have the configuration set to save orders to your_order.log -- that file exists and can be accessed via FTP as well as through the View Orders page, but the file is empty. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
PS - our payment gateway is 2Checkout.com, and seems to be working fine.
