Two times i already got a orderlog without a product
The last one this evening: i was curious, because the customer has filled in the whole orderform ( this is a lot of work for.. to play)
So i e-mailed this person for a reaction and correct the order ( he said he forget to "add to cart" )

He did make again a correct order now by saying he add a product
Q: i try to reproduce this "ghostorder" but i failed to get it
The question is now how deals the customer with the orderingsystem that i got now ghost productorderlog?( no product in it)
Note: the customer says that he did not get a confirmation e-mail from this order?
Well i tried to make a empty ( 0= zero) order for a product => the shoppingcart is not showing up now=> so there is no access to the ordering
Q: how did the customer this?
