I just wanted to ask - can i remove this: Copyright 1999-2002 K-Factor Technologies Inc. at AgoraCart.com thats located at the bottom of each page or is it there for the cart.... to kind of like promote Agora Cart?

The copyright must be left if the basic layout of the cart is not changed, as yours is.
Credit needs to be given where credit is due.
If you do change the template files to a custom design, you should at least have a link that says something like "Powered by AgoraCart" with a link to AgoraCart.com.
