Here is my problem (newbie here), we have several items that are under 115 lbs and shipping calculation is fine, however we have one item that is a combination of 11 separate boxed items to make a set. The combined weight is just over 400 lbs. How can we setup shipping for this item to avoid the "UPS module error", but continue to use the SBW method for the single items?
