Post Order Email Sorting 
Can the information in the email received when an order is placed be
changed? First listed is the Product Information, Order Information,
Billing Information, Shipping Information, Shipping Instructions.

Can the Billing Info & Shipping Info be listed first? If so please
explain.

Greetings Webjourneyman!

I haven't needed to do it; but, I'm pretty sure that you could edit the text of the email by editing the zOffline-order_lib.pl file under the library directory. Just search for the fields that you want moved and make sure you backup your file before editing.

The order compiled is set within each individual order lib file. each of these are found by gateways name in the library dir of the store.

you will need to be able to atleast read some perl type coding or fumble through it to cut and paste it into the order you wish. There is a long list of things adding to the text of the cart and a second entry for text of the email. Take both sets of each occurence and rearrange the order they are compiled to those strings/variables. if you have absolutely no clue what I'm eluding to, and not ventureous into such applications, then I'd suggest hiring a guru/consultant to assist ya

Post can't complete the order on checkout 
Sorry I don't have the right to post a new topic. I like to see if any one can help.

This is a working agoracart on a working web host. No installation problem. It allows me to configure everything. However it didn't allow me to complete the order. It allows me to add product, view cart, checkout to fill in cc or PO check. But it sends me to error page when I click submit to complete the order. The error page is below:

The site has this problem is www.coolbikeshop.com

I have not setup any gateway yet. I am choosing the offline method so that I can receive the order by email. I also test the email for order info@coolbikeshop.com. This email did work.

How can I fix this problem?

this is a comonally asked question.... so it appears as though you have need to adjust your gateway settings
