protected folder installed under public_html folder

Post protected folder installed under public_html folder 
OK, I installed Agora easily. Only one problem. The protected folder is not under the cgi-bin like I see in the docs. Is this OK, or do I have to reinstall Agora? By the way, I think Agora ROCKS!

Yes, it is fine that it is not in the cgi-bin... most paths that you might see in documentation are example paths. Your actual paths may vary depending how it was installed either by you or the cpanel... When inputing paths or URLs just make everything secific to your installation.
