Changing text in the customer's email confirmation?

Post Changing text in the customer's email confirmation? 
Can someone point me to info on changing the text of the email confirmation that is sent to the customer after the order is placed? I figure this has been covered, but couldn't find it by searching the archives.

What, exactly, are you wanting to edit about that email?
Reason I am asking is that the email is compiled using a few files and not just 1. So, if we know what it is that you want to change, we can point you in the right direction.

you can edit the messages found in the agora.setup.db file. make sure you edit in an ascii capable editor and upload back to your server/store in ascii mode

You can also set up the message in the free form logic.
manager -> Program settings -> Free Form Logic
1st box:
Something like:
Code:

$messages{'ordcnf_07'} = qq~
  Thank you for your order. We appreciate your business and will

  Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days.
