Post Can Agora do this??
I'm considering switching to Agora, but I'm wondering if it can do a couple of the things that I need. I couldn't find them listed in the features.

One of my clients needs to be able to split the shipping so that part goes to one destination and the rest to another. In addition, she wants to be able to include a simple gift card (like what might be attached to a delivered bouquet of flowers), and there would need to be a separate gift card for each shipping destination.

Can Agora do that?

Also, it sounds like this might not be a problem, but I need to be able to get into the code to modify shipping costs. For example:

I have another client that sells some very small and inexpensive items. They cost $1 ea and shipping is 65 cents (the item weighs less than 1/2 oz). But you can also buy them in bulk. 100 of them weighs about 2 lb. Most basic storefronts only have the algorithm of $X for the first pound, $Y for every pound after that. This wouldn't work for light items.

On the first part, you can use option files to set up a gift card message and a drop-ship gift address. You can also work with an additional shipping amount when there are multiple shipping addresses.

The shipping can be calculated just about any way you want to. You can use USPS or UPS real time shipping calculations or set up pre-determined shipping charges based on quantity, order dollar amount, or a masured value like weight.

HTH!
