Please help.
My client received notice of an order from LinkPoint but when he went into his store to view the order log, there was no order. He doesn't know what product to ship.
1) Is there a way to retrieve the order? (LinkPoint doesn't have this information) Maybe from some log file?
2) Is there a reason why it did not log the order?
3) How can I fix this?
