Hi guys, I'm new to this form and new to Agora cart. I went through some of the posts looking for this question and/or answers but I am not very tech savvy and I am not a programmer. So if someone can answer this question and tell me the best or easiest way in doing this, I would be grateful. I really don't like the way that Agora cart re-sizes my images. What I would like to do is have Agora cart pull from 3 image folders (small, medium, and large), that way, I can re-size the images myself without any distortion plus increase load time and product management of my site. PLEeeeeeese, someone help me on this.

you can have the store link to an image folder outside of the store/html/images folder or you can have the store link to images in the store/html/image folders. for that matter you can have the store link to just about anywhere on your stire for images, except for the cgi-bin.
linking to the store/html/images and subfolders is easiest. you set your path to images in the main agoracart store settings screen in the store manager to:
html/images
and set the self serve to YES
then in the add or edit products screen you enter the path and the image name based on the images folder being the root folder (kinda sorta).
assuming the product image is in the medium folder, then in the product image text box enter...
med/my.pic
for the viewcart thumbnail (user1) enter %%IMG%%small/my.pic
the popup or larger image can be tricky depending on the means for generating a popup. generally you use js with the %%URLofImages%% along with the usrefirld you're using for the popup image name, which, may look something like
%%URLofImages%%/%%UserFieldTwo%%
assuming you're using userfield two then in user2 you enter
/large/my.pic
that is the general overview. there maybe and probably are minor errors. so just pic a product to work out the bugs as outlined above and if you have any probs the post.

te agoracart store, btw, does not resize images. it is assumed that all images are resized according to need.

Resize the images?? AgoraCart doesn't resize the images...
Can you post the URL of your store and an example of AgoraCart resizing the image?
There might be other things going on with your pages...
