Post Firewall Question
I have a client who is using Agora cart. She says when she logs in to the manager, she is asked for the password everytime she clicks on a link. When she clicks on "add product", "edit product", "delete product", she keeps getting asked for the password, and can't get into the system. I have tried from my computer, and have no trouble at all getting to it, so I know it must be set up properly. She is running a firewall, and my guess is that the fire wall is preventing her from getting into the system. Do you have any thoughts on that, and any fixes I could suggest? Thanks for your help.

Post RE: Firewall Question
hell-o
config the fire wall not to block referrers or cookies from that domain.

try upgrading to the latest version of agoracart.

update to the latest version of the firewall.

try these suggestions in that order. last one may cost ya something. probably should upgrade to the cart if not running current version anyways.

regards,
dan

you can also try setting the manager to not use manager cookies. newer version has this inthe pasword manager.... you may have to do it fer the client and set it to no. but this will also mean that only one login at a time is permitted. but try that as well... may or may not work depending on other variables in this situation.
