What file do I change to make the cart look diffrent. I want to change the color and make the table longer.

I want to br able to fully customize it. Can I do that in the store layout it looks like just color. I wanna change the button layout and everything.

Nope, the store layout won't do that for you...
You will want to work with the headers & footers.

The Header ands footer are customized its the filler I dont like. Its the screen after I click view cart button that is the only screen I can't edit. Where the customer sees there order before they check out

manager -> Store Layout contains the info for changing the "View Cart" tables...
