I'm wondering what support options I should go with. Can others tell me about their experiences when they have paid for support?

Was it a help?

Hi Liz!

Even if I have told you here in forum how happy I was when I could figure out the agora for my self as a newbie I have met (for me) some "mission impossible" things.

I´m a member in AgoraPro forum and it gives a lot of new ideas, but when you get enough with "Internal Server Errors" you have to ask for paid help from an expert.
I trust Bonnie to help me (ok, I know here are many other good experts too) and I´m happy to tell you all that I have always got a fast professional service for a small (=in my opinion) charge.
(I hope that Bonnie doesn´t read this Wink )

In the AgoraPro forum I have been suprised that I have got help for things that isn´t a issue to you that have english in your shops. Thanx to Mr. Ed, Dan and of course Bonnie.

Eskil
