order verification file?

Post order verification file? 
What is this file? Where is it located? How do I make it available? My customers are continuing to receive the following error message:

We're sorry, an error has occured. Please hit the browser back button, change what was done in error, and try again. We do not seem to have an order verification file for this shopping cart! Is it possible your order was already processed? If you are having trouble completing your order, please contact us.

What is the URL to your store?
What version of the cart do you have?
The usual reason why that is happening is that a file was uploaded in binary instead of ASCII.
OR... in the Payment gateway manager, in the message boxes, there is an "illegal" character.
IE: " , ? , @

It looks like you have an incorrect SSL/Secure URL in the Payment Gateway area of the manager...

I seem to have a problem with the order verification page. When I click "check out" I am taken to the order form "Step 1" page. I fill out all the information and click "submit" However, when I click the "make changes" button, it takes me to the original agora site for the "step one" form and not back to the "step one" page on my site.

How can I change the link or remove it? I've looked for the gif code in all the html.inc pages and the agora.cgi page and I can't seem to find that. I want my visitors to stay on my site.

We need the URL to your store to better assess the situation.
Also, please include the version number of the cart.
