So people ANYWHERE can put their state /postcode & country themselves all I did was chnage it too this:

<INPUT TYPE="text"
Name="Ecom_BillTo_Postal_StateProv"
value="$eform_Ecom_BillTo_Postal_StateProv" SIZE="20">

But everytime I go back and make changes it doubles the state name Confused I have no idea WHAT I have done wrong Sad
