Hi Everyone,

I am a newbie, and I am pulling my hair out trying to figure out what I am doing wrong. I can't get my shipping to work. I am trying to use SBW for USPS only. I already registered, and got my ID, had them turn me on on the production server, but no matter what I do my store is not charging shipping. It's not even showing any shipping options.

Can someone please give me some instructions of how to set this up so it will work, because I am apparently missing something.

Your multiple gateways is not working properly.
You need to set the "Replace order form tags" setting, in the primary/core settings in the manager, to "NO".

Also, what might help is to turn off multiple gateways for the time being.
When you are ready for multiple gateways, you need to upload a copy of the garwway's order_lib.pl files to the 'add-ons' directroy of the store.
Also, the combo-orderform.html file in the 'html/forms' directory must be edited to reflect the gateways that you are using.

Great thanks! I did all that and it is working now, but I still have a problem. Everything works up until the time to pay. Once you click the paypal button to submit and pay it goes to a The page cannot be displayed page. It emails the order ok, but it isn't taking the customer to paypal to complete the payment.

Any ideas on what the problem is with that?

Heather in the Payment Gateway settings for the PayPal gateway, make sure that you have the following in the field, "Secure URL to your Gateway's server":
https://www.paypal.com/xclick/business

Thank you! I figured it out. My settings I had in my paypal account for ebay were interferring, so I had to go in and turn off the shipping preferences in paypal and it works perfect now. Thank you for your help.
