Products Page shows as "I'm sorry, no matches were foun

I am not sure what I did wrong.

The products page of some categories show as.. "I'm sorry, no matches were found. Please try your search again".

Example: http://www.bathemp.ca/cgi-bin/store/agora.cgi?xm=on&ppinc=BA-FA&p=BA-FA-PERRIN

Also, the corresponding category in the backend store Manager is also missing. I didn't delete anything.

I am relatively new to Agora and trying to complete someone else's work.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe it was missing the whole time...
You will need to go to your client and find out which products should eb there and then add them...

No... I am absolutely sure that it was there....and that ...something I did caused the disappearance of the category and thumbnail page.

Where is the file that out-puts the thumbnail ? In which folder is it in ?

Since I didn't delete anything...I am sure it is somewhere there and it is a matter of bringing it out.

Would appreciate your help in this matter.

The thumbnail page is created based upon the products in the database.
If it can't find products in the category, then either all the products in that category were deleted, or you renamed all of the produicts to a different category.

However, the productPage files are found in the 'html/html-templates' directory.
It appears that custom productPages were used for each of the different basic categories.
IE: If you look at the URL for a product category, namely the one you provided a link for, you will see the following in the URL:
ppinc=BA-FA
it will use the productpage-BA-FA.inc file to display the images
