 3 problems with cart
I have the AgoraCart all set up but am unable to find information on 3 problems I am still having:
1-The final page of the checkout process that shows the order is all messed up. How can I get the correct formatting so that it looks like the rest of the cart pages?
2-In testing the order process I cannot enter my whole email address. Is there a way to increase this field to accept more characters?
3-How can I get rid of the Search by Price box at the left of the pages?
Thank you for any help you can give.

Pam,
1. That final page does look strange, but not sure why... Did you start with a fresh install of version 5, or an upgrade from 4 to 5?
I would suggest clicking on all of the buttons in the Store Templates-Header/Footer manager...
2. Edit the order form directly to allow more characters. They are found in the 'html/forms' directory.
3. The search box is found in the store header. Those files are found in the 'html/html-templates/templates' directory.
HTH!

Thank you for the information. In response to question #1 - the installation is a fresh install.
I will follow your suggestions for the other 2 questions and let you know how it turns out.
Thanks again.

I clicked all of the buttons in the Store Templates-Header/Footer manager and it didn't make any difference.
I was able to find the field for the email problem and changed that.
I removed the code for the search box in both the header and the secure header files and now I can't get to the shopping cart at all. I am getting this message:
%%head_info%% %%StoreHeader%%
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We're sorry, an error has occured.
Please hit the browser back button, change what was done in error, and try again.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
%%StoreFooter%%
I neglected to backup the files before I made the changes. I know - what was I thinking? Is there a way to be able to fix this.

Pam,
What did you use to edit the file with?
It probably was not uploaded in ASCII, though.
You can try to reupload the file and force it to upload in ASCII mode.
HTH!

I am using WS_FTP to load the files. It was set to Auto. I changed it to ASCII and reuploaded the files. Nothing changed.

Pam,
What are you using to edit the files with?
Are you making sure to download in ASCII mode, too?

I am using Evrsoft 1stPage to edit the files. Yes, I have changed the transfer to mode to ASCII for both. I got everything working now except when I try to remove the Search for Price code in the store_header.html file I get the error page again. It is OK when I changed the secure_store_header.html file.
The receipt page of the payment process is still messed up and I don't know how to fix that.
Other than these 2 things I think everything is working great.
Thank you for your help.

That is what is messing things up...
Use a plain HTML editor like EditPad Lite, HTML-Kit, AlleyCode, etc.

Thank you, I was able to get rid of the Search by Price box.
The only thing now that is not functioning properly is the receipt page one goes to when the order is complete. It is still all jumbled up and I have absolutely no clue how to make that look like the rest of the cart pages.
Thanks
