Post Shipping by quantity 
Hi my friend has this same prob i think she wants me to fix it for her.
Well Agora is working fine but we wanna rate the shipping cost depending on the total price.
For example.
If price is:
$1-$50 shipping will be +10%
$51-$100 shipping will be +8%
$101+ shipping will be +5%

Which file should i edit? and How?

You would use a different field to calculate that.
It would look something like:
Code:
@sc_shipping_logic = (
"||-50.00||10%",
"||50.01-100.00||8%",
"||100.01-||5%");
#
$shipping_price = &calculate_shipping($temp_total,
$total_quantity, $total_measured_quantity);

It goes in the Custom Shipping Logic box in the shipping Settings area of the manager.
